Felicia Scaringi, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in high-performance sport and athlete development. With over 20 years of competitive experience in soccer, varsity track, and figure skating. She brings a deep, personal understanding of what it takes—physically and mentally—to perform at an elite level. Her passion for performance optimization is further shaped by mentorship under a former Olympic medalist, informing her unique, results-driven approach to athlete care.
Her approach integrates evidence-based naturopathic medicine with performance testing, targeted supplementation, acupuncture, and mental resilience coaching. She helps athletes recover smarter, train with purpose, and compete at your highest potential—with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Felicia graduated as Valedictorian from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Brock University.
