Whether you are just starting to think about conceiving or have been trying for
years, you are welcome! In the first visit, you will meet with a licensed Naturopathic
Doctor with an interest in women’s health & fertility for 90 minutes. Your questions,
lab work, family history and personal health history will guide the visit and the
treatment plan. We pride ourselves on being evidence based and patient focused. A
second 60 minute visit is booked in 4-6 weeks. Ongoing 30 minute appointments are
scheduled as needed to support you as little or as much as you need.

- Am I ovulating, and using LH kits
- How often should we be trying
- Should you have sex outside of your fertility window
- What factors increase our chance of conception
- What should I be avoiding in my day to day routine

Naturopathic Doctors can run lab work (at a cost to you) or you can sign a release of
records that we send to your medical doctor to see the labs you’ve had done
(covered by OHIP). We direct bill most insurance plans to try and make the process
as streamline and stress free as possible. We also have a fabulous Chiropractor and
Psycotherapist in our clinic to support you before, during and after if desired.
Some labs we commonly run and/or discuss include but are not limited to: CBC,
Ferritin, B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid Panel, Cholesterol Panel, HbA1C, insulin glucose
challenge, FSH, LH, progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, cortisol.
We are not licensed to do sperm analysis and do not perform ultrasounds.
